The doctor was kind, and they took a side-profile photo, retouched it in Photoshop, and showed me a comparison. I liked how intuitive it was, and when I asked about facial balance issues, they explained everything clearly and in detail. The hospital is located in a quiet area, and the facilities were clean and nice, so I was satisfied. The consultation director also seemed experienced, which I liked.
