I waited about 30 minutes longer than my appointment time. The staff at the desk were a bit rude, and the process was to talk to the consultation manager first, then the doctor, and then the consultation manager again. Both the consultation manager and the doctor were kind! The doctor drew the lines quite a lot as soon as he saw me, and I liked the feeling that he was reliable and clean. The consultation manager was really kind. If I asked about something I didn't know, he answered everything, and after about an hour of consultation, I was able to clear up a lot of my questions.
