I trusted him because he had been doing eyes for 21 years. He also seemed to take pride in his surgeries, and he said he would do only local anesthesia, not sleep anesthesia. I arrived late for the consultation, so it ended a bit hurriedly, but he answered my questions kindly. Still, it was disappointing that he didn’t really draw out the line or anything like that. He said the reservation deposit was refundable, so I went ahead and left one. Consultation order was director first, then manager.
