The director did not push anything and said both non-incision and incision methods were possible, and the choice was mine. I kind of wanted them to point to one clear option, so that was disappointing. The manager said it would probably turn out well if I had surgery and spoke about it in very positive terms, so I was going to leave a deposit and book it, but I am holding off for now. Overall, it seems just average.
