I had surgery 6 months ago. I wanted a natural look, but once the tape came off, my nose turned out super glamorous. They wouldn't tell me how many millimeters they put in, so long after the surgery I asked via KakaoTalk, and I found out it had gone in much higher than I expected. Because they're famous for glamorous results, the donated rib cartilage was put in long, and when I smile, it bends from the tension, leaving my nostrils uneven. A plastic surgery clinic with a 3-month expiration date
