I consulted with the head doctor who is famous for noses. I was very happy that after only about five minutes with the director checking my nose surgery history, I could go straight to a consultation with the head doctor. But I had one downside in mind, and the doctor talked about something else, so communication did not go very well. At least he is famous for very glamorous noses, and the shapes are all pretty similar, so I can kind of predict what the nose after surgery will look like. But at the end, when the director said the doctor is such a veteran that he finishes surgery in 30 minutes, I was a little baffled. Is finishing quickly a good thing..?
