This was the first place I went for a consultation, and the director was kind. The manager was not so much recommending what I should do as worrying from my point of view, saying things like, "Wouldn't your parents hate it if you did even this...?" so I was a little taken aback ... But she actually felt like an older sister, which I liked lol
