I had a no-implant nose surgery last winter. I was scared of complications, so I only used the septum and ear cartilage, raised the tip, lowered the columella, did osteotomy, and reduced the nostrils. The doctor's consultation wasn't super friendly, but the explanation was accurate and trustworthy. lol Anyway, I'm really satisfied now ~~ I think it was the right choice to do it here! Satisfied!
