The head counselor was so unfriendly that I left in the middle of the consultation.^^ It was a nose surgery consultation, and even though I am young, I am still a customer, so why did she keep speaking to me informally? It was the most unfriendly consultation I have had at any clinic I have been to. I can understand that the wait was long, though.
