Maybe because there were so many people, it was hard to get a consultation appointment. And it seems like you can only consult with the director once before surgery and once on the surgery day. Maybe because they are so busy! The expected cost was about the same as other hospitals. If you see someone other than the chief director, it seems a bit cheaper.
