I chose this hospital simply because the price was attractive. The consultation manager ignored my KakaoTalk messages and wouldn't answer my questions. I forced myself to endure the urge to change coordinators and went through with the surgery. On the first day, I had to fill out the medical chart twice because they got themselves mixed up and couldn't do things properly... The doctor spoke very gently and clearly. It wasn't a huge effect, but I think I got exactly what I paid for.
