I am stating that this is a subjective evaluation. (Nose consultation with Director Min) I visited because it seemed like a somewhat well-known hospital. The location and exterior were a minus for me (just a feeling). When I arrived at the hospital, I suddenly got a phone call and a KakaoTalk message saying whether it would be okay to postpone the appointment time. They should have told me earlier; I was already there. Before seeing the center manager, a staff member took my CT scan. They also took face photos from multiple angles. The consultation with the center manager was straightforward; I just told them the nose shape I wanted, and that was it. But the staff member here was kind yet too inexperienced, which annoyed me.. Do you hire people who just graduated high school? They had taken the CT, but it was not saved properly, so I had to do it again; having a CT twice in such a short time still leaves me uneasy because of radiation exposure. Also, they said it was a doctor consultation, so I waited in the doctor’s office, but they came back and told me to wait in the waiting room again and that they would call me later. Sigh.. lol The doctor consultation was good. They said my septum size was fine and that they would use septum plus ear cartilage, and they even touched the septum directly by hand. It felt like a professional consultation, and I think they could solve some of my concerns, so my surgery expectation is about 4. But since staff skill is also a factor for me when choosing a hospital, I am taking off one star.
