It has been about a year and a half since the surgery. Honestly, a close acquaintance seemed to have a pretty good result, so I went ahead and had the surgery without doing any real research or comparison at all. The hospital was clean, not small in scale, and the consultation was also handled kindly. I had a hump nose with a high bridge and a low tip, and as far as I remember they did osteotomy and did not insert silicone, only ear cartilage into the tip. Before the nose surgery, people around me usually said I should expect to have nose surgery twice, that I would not be satisfied with just one time. I thought I would be satisfied too, but that was not the case, lol Well, it is not the absolute worst. To sum up, it is not a perfectly straight pretty nose, but the side view is definitely better because the hump was corrected, which is nice. The front view seems worse than before, though. They did osteotomy, but somehow the middle part of the bridge feels wider. Nose surgery is not a trivial thing, and it costs a lot, and because I also work at a company, at first I really wanted a revision surgery. But now I am just living with it, thinking, well, that is how it is.
