Both the manager and the doctor were kind. There was no pressure to pay a deposit. If you put one down, you get a discount. They do not recommend unnecessary surgery, but they explain things reasonably and tell you what else may be needed. What they say makes sense when you hear it. The director does not seem especially gentle, more like busy, but if you ask, he will explain everything. Most things are already explained in great detail on his own blog anyway, so if you read it beforehand, it seems easier for both sides and you will not ask pointless questions. It is good to read the blog carefully and bring the things you still do not understand. At the first consultation, the director immediately brought up a past surgical case similar to mine, which made it easy to understand. I wrote the amount after discount because I did not know what the advertised price was referring to.
