I had a lifting consultation because of sagging cheeks after contouring. They recommended revision contour surgery and a forehead lift. I was surprised that they suggested a forehead lift, which I had not even considered. Honestly, among the before-and-after photos, there were some people who turned out well, but by my standards there were quite a few who did not seem much different, so it did not look worth taking on the risk of bone revision surgery just for that.
