The surgeons here all seem kind, but the girls answering the phones at the desk are all rude. I'm not sure if they just don't understand what I'm saying, but they keep making me repeat myself, and their replies sound like they're bothered and only half paying attention, which made me not want to go to the hospital anymore. Surgeon Lee Jun-woo is extremely kind, and I was satisfied with the surgery.
