First of all, there were a lot of Chinese patients, and the staff were kind but chaotic. The order was to see the manager after the consultation, then meet the director, and then meet the manager again. The director was kind when answering questions, but during the consultation with the director, the manager came into the consultation room and stood in front of me, which was uncomfortable. When I asked in detail about the surgery method, there was a slight feeling of annoyance, but they did explain it in detail. They were confident. Right after the surgery, I wanted to ask more, but I kept giving the manager standing in front of me hints several times. I had expected a lot because of the strong reputation and good reviews online everywhere, but I ended up feeling like I had been pushed out, and my expectations disappeared. Even after the consultation, I keep seeing posts about them in a lot of places, which makes me suspicious.
