When I first booked by phone, they were kind, and even when I visited, everyone was kind despite being busy. There was a consultation wait, but since I only consulted about my eyes, when I came out after it was over, it had taken about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had to visit 3 places in one day, so the consultation was a bit tight ~ There was no pressure to book.

The director at the desk was kind, but it felt too sales-oriented.. It didn’t feel forceful though. And I don’t think they fully understood the line I wanted.. The doctor I consulted with seemed to prefer a natural style!
