The woman with long hair who handles consultations here is really rude. I've been to four consultation clinics, and this is the first place like this. When I asked about the price and things like that, she just snapped the notebook shut like she didn't want any more questions, and her tone sounded annoyed. When she told me to look at my face in the mirror, she just said, "Hold the mirror like this..." The director is so kind and detailed, but the manager is extremely rude. Other places explained things like how much it would cost if I did the septum, etc., but here they just said 400, so I had absolutely no idea what they meant, and when I tried to ask for details, she shut the notebook and acted like she was telling me to get lost. Once I came out to the counter, she suddenly started acting nice, but it's scary.
