The rhinoplasty method was different from other hospitals. They said they would do the surgery by building a pillar in the middle of the nose with the septum or costal cartilage. They pinpointed the parts of my nose that I am dissatisfied with, so the consultation was refreshingly good. The doctor who performs surgery by building a nasal pillar seemed to be rare and was very confident. But the cost is one of the highest there is T_T
