I think this was the best doctor consultation here. First of all, communication was very smooth. They understood exactly what I wanted and explained the possible options clearly. I asked about double eyelid revision, under-eye, and alar reduction. For double eyelids, if I wanted the cosmetic effect, they suggested a slight inner corner opening and an in-out line. Otherwise, if I just wanted to fix the loosening, they recommended a simple buried suture on one side. Those were the two options they recommended. For under-eyes, they said fat removal. For the alar reduction, they said not to do it.
