You're exactly the same as on YouTube. I had mine done 6 years ago, and they were still kind back then too. The manager I knew quit, so I'm not sure if I'll go back, but the doctor deserves credit for being moderate in treatment, kind, and safety-focused. It's a very good hospital. I think it's rare.
