They didn’t look tired and had a very healthy complexion. I felt like they were annoyed by detailed explanations. It didn’t feel like a detailed consultation; it just ended after only the necessary questions. And they seemed kind only with a smiling face. It didn’t feel professional or like they were focusing on me during the consultation.
