I made a 1 p.m. appointment and arrived a little early, around 12:40... I waited on the first floor and then moved to the consultation room on the 4th floor at exactly 1 p.m. But the chief coordinator who handled me was terrible... The consultation customer who went up with me got seen and left, but I kept waiting alone... Around 1:20 p.m., the doctor I was supposed to consult with came out wearing surgical scrubs, so I called the coordinator and asked why I still had not been seen. She said it was a simple surgery, the doctor would be back soon, and to wait a little longer... So I waited, but around 2 p.m. the doctor came back and other coordinators kept going in and out of the doctor's room, sending in customers... The coordinator in charge of me never showed her face... People kept coming and leaving, and the waiting room was empty, so I got annoyed and asked again, and only then was I told to go in. In the end, I had to look at the empty waiting room twice and waited an hour and a half for the consultation. I was already in such a bad mood that I could not even listen... The doctor was not that kind either, and the consultation coordinator was arrogant too...
