This is the first time I have felt bad during a hospital consultation. They did not even listen to what the other person wanted, and the director drew up the face they wanted to make and kept insisting it had to be the three-procedure package, which was ridiculous. I also waited a lot longer than my appointment time, and I do not really have any good memories.
