I visited without an appointment because I had been touring other hospitals and the timing was awkward. The facilities were big and clean, so that part was good, but the consultation with the head coordinator seemed polite on the surface yet was really just leading me toward the answer they wanted. The surgery method I wanted was not a method they use here, but she only talked about the drawbacks and gave the impression that their way was better. That method had even been in the news recently for serious side effects, so if you go there without researching, they may take advantage of you. Since I said I wouldn't do it, I couldn't meet the doctor, and in the waiting room I saw a Chinese woman right after surgery coming out with something like a splint on her nose while being supported by staff. The staff looked kind, but it felt like a factory, so I honestly did not want to go back.
