The hospital was huge, and there were a lot of people. Even though I had booked an early morning slot, there were so many people that I still had to wait 30 minutes. The manager was kind, and the director looked very tired even though I went in the morning. My nose is small and my nostrils are also quite small, but during the discussion about nose surgery, they asked whether I wanted nostril reduction, and I said my nostrils are already so small that I feel like I can’t breathe, which made me lose trust
