I had a revision surgery on the tip of my nose, and I am completely satisfied with the result. I raised it using septal cartilage and did not use silicone, and I think that was the right choice. The clinic itself is a bit noisy and has many patients. There also seems to be some waiting time. I guess that is the fate of a hospital with many surgeons. The consultation may differ by manager, but mine was generally not bad. They did not suggest extra surgery, and aftercare was a little lacking, but not enough to complain about. One thing I was a little worried about was that, because this is a large hospital, the doctor who handled my surgery could later move elsewhere. The doctor who treated me also left for another place pretty quickly, so I had follow-up care connected through another doctor. *This is a review from 4 years after the surgery.
