The doctor has a very firm personal standard of beauty (a plastic-surgery puppy-face). That doesn't match me, so I decided not to do it here. I don't know why they're still showing photos from surgeries done in 1999. It feels like they can't break away from their past self. They value harmony a lot. The estimate was over 5,000
