I consulted because I have a hump nose. They said they would use septal cartilage as the material, and if that was not enough, they would use ear cartilage. They also said that if they only shaved down the hump, it could look uneven, so they would use buttock autologous dermis, but I was a little scared and never went ahead with the surgery. The method that fixed the nasal tip with cartilage repositioning and columellar strut support was the one I liked best.
