I had a consultation for nose surgery. As I had found in my search, they said they aim for a natural look, and that 9.5 out of 10 people would not even look like they had had surgery. They said they use Gore-Tex and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I feel trusting because they have a lot of experience and only do nose surgery... But when I read the surgery review posts, they say there is no difference before and after surgery, so I’m torn.
