The consultation manager seems like a veteran with a lot of experience and a long career. However, their unconditional loyalty to the doctor was so obvious that while that might be good among coworkers at work, for a patient who came in for consultation, it actually makes them seem a little less trustworthy. The doctor's consultation felt very professional, and the diagnosis of the nose and what kind of design would suit the face and the clear suggestions about how the surgery would be done were reassuring. It felt like this was the place, but even after hearing all the explanations, I was still afraid of Gore-Tex, so I couldn't make a reservation right away.
