There was almost no wait, and the consultation manager was kind, but... the unnecessary procedure recommendations and the overpriced quote were a bit much.. T_T When I said I'd only been to one hospital, they gave me an inflated price. Later, when I said on the phone that I had decided to have surgery somewhere else because of the price, they said they would match the price then.. lol The director clearly points out only the surgeries that are actually needed.
