The director is really kind. The consultation was also quite long, but I didn't really have much time to ask questions. Still, everything they explained was fine. It was easy to understand because they explained it while showing photos! The manager was also fairly kind, but there was a little pressure and urging about the deposit, which bothered me a bit..T_T Still, the consultation was pretty decent~
