There wasn't zero waiting time, and it was a bit long, but the reason was that the director was being extremely thorough in the consultation. Unfortunately I decided not to have nose surgery, but purely for the consultation itself, it was the most satisfying place among all the hospitals I visited. The hospital facilities are good too.
