I visited 9 places, but this was the one whose consultation I liked the most. They consulted based on the nose shape I wanted and explained it while drawing it out. In the end, the consultation ended up very close to the exact nose shape I wanted, and hearing that they could do it that way made me want to get surgery here. They said they also manage swelling and sebum. But during the coordinator consultation, when it came to the after-service part, she said that surgery using silicone carries the risk of side effects, so if complications happen and revision surgery is needed, it is basically your own responsibility. The nose shape here is the most appealing, but my trust dropped because of the after-service part.
