First of all, I waited two hours, so I waited with determination. It was extremely uncomfortable, but the manager comforted me well and apologized on my behalf, so it was fine. Just from the consultation itself, it was great because they explained things in very detailed terms and attached reasons for why the surgery works. There is pressure to leave a reservation deposit, but it does not feel burdensome.
