The director was kind and explained things well. The waiting time was at least twice as long as at other hospitals. Before the consultation, they took photos, but I do not know why because they were not used in the consultation. On other apps, people said the consultation with the director was long, but I did not get to meet them for even 10 minutes. The most important part was that the manager was... really bad. I asked a few questions when they told me to ask anything, and they spoke as if they were asking why I was asking them that... They did not tell me anything about aftercare either T_T The director was so nice, but I just left because of the manager.
