It was my first time going in for a consultation, and the manager was so kind that I relaxed a bit. I had scheduled the consultation rather urgently, but even though that day was fully booked, they still set me up in the earliest open morning slot possible.^^ The director also didn't push any unnecessary surgery and recommended a line that suited my eyes, which I liked.
