There were a lot of people to begin with.. Even though I went in the morning, there were already so many people waiting. I was really nervous, but the manager was kind, so it was okay in its own way. But the director.. seemed very busy. He came in in a big rush, consulted quickly, and ran off in a hurry. It would have been better if the consultation had been a bit longer... T_T
