The consultation wait was a little long, but I thought it was fine since there was a surgery schedule, so I waited! I trusted it even more because they were visibly busy with surgery, and the coordinator was so kind that I was grateful. The consultation itself was not complicated and was concise, which I liked, and I felt comfortable because they calmly explained what kind of result would happen if an implant were inserted and what direction the surgery would take if one were not used!
