I had basically already made up my mind to have surgery, but the staff and coordinator were very kind, and the facilities were nice! The problem was that everyone looked so busy. They seemed completely rushed... I waited for almost an hour before going in, and maybe the director was busy too, because he only looked at me for about 5 minutes and then left. The line he drew for me was really pretty, but everyone seemed so frazzled that I decided to go somewhere else T_T
