The doctor and the manager were both very kind, and they decided exactly on the price and surgical method. The director seemed a bit busy, though! Still, he explained everything he needed to explain. The hospital facilities are nice too, with lots of consultation rooms and they are clean. The wait plus consultation took about an hour. I went in the morning, so the wait wasn't that long, but my acquaintance went in the afternoon and said the wait was long. If you're thinking about double eyelids, I think it's worth getting a consultation.
