When I went for the consultation, they took eye photos and consulted while looking at the photos. There were a lot of people regardless of COVID, and the wait was fairly long. The staff were kind, explaining that the director I would consult with was in surgery so there would be a wait, and asking for my understanding. Maybe because there were so many people, both the director and the hospital seemed busy. The consultation manager was fairly calm, and there was absolutely no pressure about the deposit or anything like that; it felt comfortable, and the consultation with the director was fine too.
