The wait wasn't long, and the consultation manager was kind, but before I met the director, instead of just asking simple questions, it felt like they were doing the consultation almost like the director would. The director was Director Kim, and the consultation time was short. It felt stiff, like they were in a rush. After consulting with the director, I met the manager again for a cost consultation, but when I worried about side effects, they did not say things like those cases are extremely rare or almost never happen, and they also did not explain what side effects could occur. It was my first consultation, so I felt a little disappointed.
