It was hot in the surgery community, so I had high expectations, but to get to the point, I did not get a doctor consultation. As soon as I arrived, they said the surgery was in progress and I would have to wait more than 30 minutes, so I accepted that. But after sitting there for an hour with no word at all, I asked and was told that a problem had come up during surgery and the patient could not open their eyes,, which was shocking by itself, but then they confidently said that if I waited just 20 more minutes I could get a consultation right away. When they called me into a separate consultation room, they said they did not think the surgery would finish today and apologized lol. And before that, they said, based on the photos they had taken earlier, the doctor said that incision and eye correction were possible, and upper canthoplasty was optional;; lol Can you really understand a person’s eye structure just from photos? Then did that doctor look at my photos while someone was in the operating room unable to open their eyes.. The staff did apologize, but I had never heard of such a clinic before. The clinic holding me there during the delay and saying it would just be a little longer was a problem, but above all, the fact that such a problem had occurred and the surgery had lasted for hours felt ominous, so I’m going to avoid this place.
