I went because it was mentioned a lot in the community. The reservation for the chief director was already full, so I booked with someone else. Right when I arrived, they took photos in a flurry and then I consulted with the consultation manager, which felt a bit like a tout.... It did not look professional, and the way they spoke felt light. During the director consultation, they displayed my photos and consulted from there, but they did not really discuss opinions together with me while looking at the photos. Maybe because my surgery case was a simple type, they drew the line 4 or 5 times and told me to choose the line I liked best
