I made a 10 o’clock reservation and arrived on time, but I only got to talk with the manager after 11, and the consultation with the director started around 11:30. I had originally been worried that I might need an incision, but they kindly explained that it could be done without incision. They spoke in a way that made me trust them. They didn’t pressure me at all about a deposit and told me to think it over slowly and contact them, so I said okay and left
