The facility was large, there were lots of people, and there was quite a bit of waiting, just as I'd heard. The manager was kind, but the director kept speaking very bluntly and acted like, if I didn't know what line I wanted, what was he supposed to do about it. I came because I didn't know what would suit me, but he said things like, "Why are you still living like that without having surgery?" And he kept asking if I understood. It wasn't difficult, and I wasn't a preschooler, so I didn't like being asked over and over if I understood. The review event makes it cheaper, but you have to upload a total of 6 posts, so that part was... I guess that's why there are so many reviews. Still, I liked the line they drew for me. I won't choose them, though.
