To keep it short: I went for a second eye revision at the scheduled time, but I waited for 2 hours, and while I was waiting, no staff member came to explain anything. Ugh; it felt like a chaotic market. The staff were running around in a panic, and apparently they were doing surgery at my appointment time? Maybe they schedule people without any sense, which is why it looks so crowded. In the end, I finally got a consultation with the director after 2 hours. I don't really remember the consultation, and when I tried to speak to the staff, I thought they would just brush it off among themselves, so I told the director directly. Then they apologized and said that if I did get surgery here, they would adjust the price well. Anyway, I went out without even looking at a quote with the manager. Would aftercare really be good at a place like this...? If you're going for a consultation here, don't book anything after it;; lol
